欢迎使用 VoiceHere。使用本服务即表示你同意以下条款。

1. 服务说明

VoiceHere 提供基于 AI 的音频/视频人声分离与语音编辑服务。免费账户注册后获得 10 次免费额度（分离与编辑通用）；Pro 订阅为每月 15 美元，提供不限次数使用。

2. 可接受使用

• 你须对上传内容拥有合法权利，或已获得必要授权。
• 不得上传或处理侵犯他人版权、隐私、肖像权或其它权利的内容。
• 不得将本服务用于制作欺诈、诽谤、冒充他人、误导性或其它违法内容。语音编辑功能不得用于伪造他人言论。
• 不得滥用、逆向、干扰服务或规避使用限制。

3. 订阅与计费

• Pro 订阅按月计费（15 美元/月），通过 Merchant of Record（Creem）收取。
• 订阅会自动按月续费，直到你取消。你可随时取消，取消在当前计费周期结束时生效。

4. 退款

由于服务为数字化即时交付，除适用法律另有要求或存在服务未按约定提供的情形外，已支付的订阅费用一般不予退还。如遇计费问题请联系我们，我们会依个案合理处理。

5. 内容与责任

• 你上传及生成的内容归你所有；你对其合法性与使用后果负责。
• 本服务按“现状”提供，不对特定用途的适用性作保证。在法律允许范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失负责。

6. 变更与终止

我们可能更新本条款或服务功能；重大变更会以合理方式通知。对违反条款的账户，我们可暂停或终止服务。

Terms of Service

Welcome to VoiceHere. By using the service you agree to the following terms.

1. The service

VoiceHere provides AI-based vocal separation and speech editing for audio and video. Free accounts receive 10 credits on sign-up (shared across separation and editing). The Pro subscription costs US$15 per month and allows unlimited use.

2. Acceptable use

• You must own the rights to the content you upload, or have the necessary permission.
• Do not upload or process content that infringes anyone's copyright, privacy, likeness or other rights.
• Do not use the service to create fraudulent, defamatory, impersonating, misleading or otherwise unlawful content. The editing feature must not be used to fabricate statements by other people.
• Do not abuse, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, or circumvent usage limits.

3. Subscription and billing

• Pro is billed monthly (US$15/month) and collected by our Merchant of Record, Creem.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the service was not provided as described. If you have a billing problem, contact us and we will handle it reasonably case by case.

5. Content and liability

• You own the content you upload and generate; you are responsible for its legality and for how you use it.
• The service is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
