VoiceHere（“我们”）提供 AI 语音分离与编辑服务。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和共享你的信息，尤其是你上传的音频与视频文件。使用本服务即表示你同意本政策。

1. 我们收集的信息

• 账户信息：注册时的邮箱地址（通过 Supabase 认证）。
• 你上传的内容：你提交处理的音频、视频、录音录像文件，以及语音指令录音。
• 使用数据：处理次数、订阅状态、必要的技术日志。
• 支付信息：由支付服务商 Creem 处理；我们不存储你的完整银行卡信息。

2. 音视频文件如何处理

• 你上传的音视频仅用于为你执行所请求的处理（人声分离、语音编辑），并将结果返回给你。
• 处理在云端 GPU 服务（Modal）上进行。文件在处理期间被临时使用，处理完成后即从处理容器中删除，我们不建立长期的用户音视频内容库。
• 我们不会将你的音视频内容用于训练模型、也不会出售或出于营销目的共享。

3. 数据保留

• 上传的音视频：仅在处理期间临时保留，完成后删除。
• 账户与订阅数据：在你的账户存续期间保留；你可请求删除账户。

4. 第三方服务

我们使用以下服务商来运营，仅共享为提供服务所必需的数据：

• Supabase：账户认证与数据库。
• Modal：云端 GPU 推理（处理你的音视频）。
• Creem：作为 Merchant of Record 处理订阅支付。

5. 你的权利

你可以访问、更正或删除你的账户数据，或撤回同意。如需行使权利或删除账户，请联系我们。

Privacy Policy

VoiceHere ("we") provides AI voice separation and editing services. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use, store and share it — in particular the audio and video files you upload. By using the service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign up with (authenticated via Supabase).
• Content you upload: the audio, video and live recordings you submit for processing, and any spoken instructions you record.
• Usage data: number of jobs, subscription status, and necessary technical logs.
• Payment information: handled by our payment provider Creem; we never store your full card details.

2. How your media is processed

• Your media is used only to perform the processing you requested (vocal separation, speech editing) and to return the result to you.
• Processing runs on a cloud GPU service (Modal). Files are used temporarily during processing and are deleted from the processing container once the job completes. We do not keep a long-term library of user media.
• We do not use your media to train models, and we never sell it or share it for marketing.

3. Data retention

• Uploaded media: kept only for the duration of processing, then deleted.
• Account and subscription data: kept while your account exists; you can ask us to delete your account.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following providers and share only what is necessary to deliver the service:

• Supabase: authentication and database.
• Modal: cloud GPU inference (processing your media).
• Creem: subscription payments, acting as Merchant of Record.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your account data, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights or delete your account, contact us.
